Refund & Return policy

At Zcordz, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

 

Return Timeframe

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label
  • We will send clear instructions on how and where to return your item

❗ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is fully paid by Zcordz

Customers are not responsible for return shipping charges once the return is approved.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We may request photo evidence to evaluate the issue and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item following the return process.
  2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time is within 10 business days
  • Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
